Service Description

BASIC TRAINING BOOTCAMP is a full body workout that combines cardio, resistance, light weights and core movements. (ex: Jumping Jacks, Walking Lunges, Shoulder Press, Curls, Plank Hold, Rowing, Spin Bike) You will start with a 5-10min warm-up, followed by a 30 - 45min heart pumping, muscle burning, body sculpting workout. With the remaining time you will enjoy a cool down or a post workout. Our Basic Training Bootcamp is guaranteed to burn calories, ignite your metabolism and build strength all while you're having fun. *There will be times when this class will held indoors and outdoors
