House of Athletix (H.O.A.),
formerly known as The Drop In Dance & Fitness was established and headquartered out of Long Beach, CA, in 2013 by founders D.J. and Melissa Singleton.
Together they are a dynamic duo with the common goal of providing exceptional fitness and dance training that will ensure success for every fitness driven individual regardless of their athletic level or age.
House of Athletix specializes in personal and small group Athletic Training, as well as Dance Cardio workouts that will help aid in weight loss, toning, strengthening and sculpting. Our programs will change your physique and improve your overall wellness by helping you adapt to a healthier lifestyle.
House of AthletiX has a exclusive & selective process that will ensure you and the training regiments are a successful match. As your Trainer, Coach and Confidant, we understand that some individuals desire a fit and healthier lifestyle but lack the accountability, drive, discipline and dedication needed to accomplish their fitness goals. Therefore, our training services are offered only to individuals with the "can do" attitude.

WHAT SETS OUR PERSONAL TRAINING APART FROM THE REST?

STEP 1: To better understand you and your requirements we will first ask questions related to your fitness goals and previous training regiments. Then we schedule a time to meet in person for your complementary first session.
STEP 2: At our first session, we will start off with a fitness assessment to level set your fitness abilities and allow you to understand the style of training you will be participating in. In addition to the assessment we will have a more in depth discussion regarding your fitness goals.
**This assessment is complementary when you sign up for eight or more personal training sessions.
Otherwise, it will cost 1/2 the price of one session.
STEP 3: After reviewing your fitness assessment and ensuring our compatibility is a match, H.O.A. will develop a comprehensive and customized training plan for you that will include workouts and nutritional advice.
STEP 4: We will start training and over time, with hard work, persistence, and lots of sweat, you will accomplish the goal/s you initially set out for!
